How to File Your Taxes
If you would like us to prepare and file your personal income taxes, we offer three convenient methods to choose from:
2. Tax By Fax
Email Income Tax Preparation Services
Our tax by email services are a convenient way to have your income taxes prepared by a professional accountant. The process is simply:
- Complete the Personal Tax Questionnaire: Provide us with as much information as possible.
- Scan your tax forms and documents,
- Email your completed questionnaire and tax forms to dcpaley@deanpaley.com.*
* If you have a significant number of files or your email cannot handle the size of files, please consider the fax service or contact us at the email address provided and we will provide you with an upload porthole.
Once we receive your questionnaire and documentation we will prepare your return. This may require additional information and communication. However, the final procedures are as follows:
- Will send you your tax result by email,
- We will also send an eFile authorization form and electronic invoice for payment,
- The eFile form must be signed and returned to us (mandatory)
- Payment is accepted through Interac money transfer, credit card (over the phone) or PayPal.
- Payment instructions will be included with your electronic invoice.
- When we receive your signed eFile authorization and payment we will transmit your return electronically to the CRA and forward you a complete copy of your tax return.
Tax By Fax

- Fax your completed questionnaire and supporting tax documents to 1-866-373-9892.
Once we receive your questionnaire and documentation we will prepare your return. This may require additional information and communication. However, the final procedures are as follows:
- Will send you your tax result by fax, email, or Canada Post,
- We will also send an eFile authorization form and electronic invoice for payment,
- The eFile form must be signed and returned to us (mandatory)
- Payment can be accepted through Interac money transfer, credit card (over the phone) or PayPal.
