Karbon for Clients (Main Client Portal)
Karbon for Clients is our primary client portal.
- All corporate filings are handled through Karbon.
- Final copies of personal and corporate tax returns are delivered through Karbon
Access is by invitation only. If you believe you should have access and do not, please contact the office.
TaxFolder (Personal Tax E-Filing Authorization Only)
TaxFolder is being phased out and is no longer used as a general client portal.
It is used only in limited cases to obtain electronic signatures for certain personal tax authorization forms. You can still access and downlaod past files.
iFirm Portal (Legacy Portal – Being Discontinued)
The iFirm portal is a legacy system and is no longer used for new work.
It remains available only so clients can download previously stored documents.
- iFirm was used for tax years 2013 through 2024.
- No new documents are delivered through iFirm.
Access iFirm (download existing documents only)
Important Notice: iFirm Portal Closure
The iFirm portal will be permanently closed in Fall 2026.
- All data stored in iFirm will be permanently deleted.
- Clients should download any documents they wish to keep before that time.
